Art Drop-In Program Starting May 6, 2025


Shushana Caplan will be running an art drop in program whereby you bring your art materials to the Art Room of the Aquatic Center on the second floor, from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. each Tuesday afternoon, beginning May 6.


Shushana is there to supervise, not to serve as an art teacher.


You must be a member of the Women's Club to participate. The attendance will be limited to 14 participants so please contact Myrna Housefather if you are interested.  There is no cost for attending.

Wednesday April 23, 2025 1:30  Speaker  Dr. Mitchell Shulman. Doors open at 12:45


Dr. Shulman will talk about how a doctor goes about making a diagnosIs as well as other information. He will take questions after his talk.


Dr. Mitch Shulman (or "Dr Mitch" as he’s known to those who follow him on radio, TV and in print) has always loved teaching. He’s an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at McGill, and an attending physician in the emergency departments of the 2 campuses of the McGill University Health System, teaching medical students and residents. He has presented at McGill’s Thursday Evening Lecture series and its Lunchtime Webinars; at the McGill Refresher Course for Family Physicians and at many other professional meetings. He's a Quebec Heart and Stroke Foundation Advanced Cardiac Life Support Master Instructor. He's also actively engaged in educating the public. He appears daily on Bell Media Radio (CJAD800AM); appears on Global TV’s Montreal This Morning and is an award-winning columnist with a weekly column in the largest English language weekly in Quebec, The Suburban.

Free Play MahJong. No supervision or teaching, only volunteer organizers (This is in the Senior Lounge, 2nd Floor)


Bridge is on Tuesdays from 12:30-3:30 (This is in Salon A & B on the 2nd Floor)


Samba Hand Knee & Foot Canasta is on Fridays from 12:30-3:30
