- Fun activities: Speakers, Workshops, Entertainers, Bingo, and more! Free and open to everyone (not just Women’s Club members).
The following Clubs are ongoing for paid up members 2025/2026
MahJong is on Mondays from 12:30-3:30
Free Play MahJong. No supervision or teaching, only volunteer organizers (This is in the Senior Lounge 2nd Floor)
Bridge is on Tuesdays from 12:30-3:30 ( This is in Salon A & B on the 2nd Floor)
Samba Hand Knee &Foot Canasta is on Fridays from 12:30-3:30
Free play (This is in Salon A on the 2nd Floor)

Aging Well: Nutrition and Body Confidence with Registered Dietitian Julia Liber, In-Person
Location : Auditorium. In English.

Objectives: Liber will discuss nutrition priorities for senior women's aging well, focusing on essential nutrients for muscle health and osteoporosis prevention, while providing positive messaging around body image.
Julia Liber, Registered Dietitian, runs her own private practice. Her focus is on helping clients with their nutrition to achieve critical health outcomes, such as diabetes management and cholesterol reduction, all while moving away from rigid meal plans and calorie counting. Drawing on her clinical expertise and a deep personal passion shaped by her own lived experience, Julia advocates for a non-diet approach, guiding individuals to stop pursuing diets and quick fixes, and instead develop long-term sustainable habits.
